Red mini skirt.

The Zara bold red mini skirt in is a fast-track to effortlessly chic cool, it is neatly defined at the waist to shape a flattering A-line silhouette. The smooth finish is created by the fully lined skirt. It is worn simply with a peach peter pan collared shirt and flat pointed ballerina pumps, the bold skirt is my go-to for instant style whether dressing up or dressing down. And at £35.99, you can’t go wrong.

H&M Design Awards 2014: Yellow Maxi Skirt

This year’s H&M Design Award winner is 24 year old Eddy Anemian from France. A massive congratulations to him!!

His designs are avaliable online today and in selected stores. I absolutely adore the yellow printed maxi dress, but sadly it has already sold out, his designs are inspired by the film I Am Love starring Tilda Swinton and particularly paintings. And it does’t come cheap at £179.99.

Here are my top Autumn picks:

  • Zara, High Neck Sweater, £45.99

  • Topshop, Rib Funnel Neck Jumper, £38.00

  • Coast, Agnes Feather Top, £75.00

  • Reiss, Liberty Light, £95

Eva Longoria in Gabriela Cadena and Bibhu Mohapatra

Eva Longoria had a change of seven outfits during The American Latino Media Arts Awards (ALMA Awards) on October 11 in Pasadena, California. They celebrated the best American Latino contributions to music, television and film. Being the host explained Eva’s many outfits…

My favourite outfit is a white strapless gown by Gabriela Cadena, joint closely by the mustard yellow gown from Bibhu Mohapatra Fall 2014. The first gown has gold leather detailing and portrays a very modern princess feel, in contrast, Mohapatra’s gown has a sexy image. Which one’s your favourite?

Alexander Wang for H&M: The Complete Lookbook

Alexander Wang has created a 38 piece collection for H&M, it boasts the widely anticipated sporty designs that the designer is famous for: signature scuba dresses, logo-emblazoned socks and dark American sport wear theme. The designer has already caused a stir when he was announced as the next designer after Isabel Marant. Tomorrow (17th), at 2:15am there will be a live stream of the collection on

However, for me, I’m not completely sold: it’s natural to not be everyones cup of tea. I only like the 1st dress below. The rest of pieces are shrieking for attention and unless you already gain attention like Rihanna and Rita Ora, I wouldn’t wear it in public. Gym wear… possibly…. -_-‘ But as an off duty look, it should be truly comfortable, and that’s not me.

What are you opinions?

Here’s the complete lookbook:

Favourites from Altuzarra for Target

A whole month after the designer collaboration with Target (14th Sept), the collection is still widely available at NET-A-PORTER.COM, the line features Altuzarra’s signature sleek tailoring, feminine dresses and accessories. “I always want there to be a feeling of beauty and sensuality to my designs”. Joseph Altuzarra’s eponymous label seamlessly blends French sophistication with American ease. For Fall ’14, the award-winning designer has collaborated with US retailer Target to product a limited edition collection that aims to “instill a feeling of power, confidence and beauty in women everywhere.”

My favourite pieces are:

  • Embroidered cotton-blend twill dress £50
  • Jacquard Trench Coat £90
  • Velvet Blazer- Ruby Hill £60
  • Sequined Swiss-dot chiffron maxi dress £80

What are your favourites?

Embroidered cotton-blend twill dress: This perfectly tailored tuxedo dress is cut to flatter your figure – satin-trimmed lapels fall in an elegant wrap-effect front and the spliced hem reveals just a hint of skin. The gold and silver heron embroidery adds luxe appeal to this piece.

The Trench. Some fashion love stories are meant to last, and the Altuzarra for Target trench in black, python-inspired jacquard gives this timeless tale a decidedly French flair. Strong in structure and richly seamed, this beautifully detailed coat effortlessly adds a feminine charge to an often-stern outerwear staple with its hip-swaying peplum overlay and gam-glamming, full-skirted fit. The details: fully-lined, belted and double breasted with shoulder flap, buttoned epaulettes and strap detail at the cuff.

Boy’s Club. The women’s tuxedo is much more than an evening gown alternative – it’s the attitude that show-stopping style doesn’t require a skirt. A dash of dapper is just right day or night, and in the right hands (yours!), this Velvet Blazer in Ruby Red from Altuzarra for Target can be award-worthy in the most unlikely places. The fully lined, stylishly-seamed jacket has a notched lapel with tonal satin collar, single covered-button closure and flirty, peplum-inspired back placket. Wear it with the ruby Velvet Ankle Tuxedo pant or slipped nonchalantly over a simple Tee. Contemporary tailored with slight ease.

Floor-skimming frocks are elegant, period. And with it’s dramatic plunge, sheer flounced sleeves, subtle sequins, tasseled neck-ties and oh-my high side slit, the Maxi Dress in Black Swiss Dot from Altuzarra for Target is the most delicate of gowns with the most decadent of detailing. Partner with the Croc belt in black for a stunning silhouette.

New Fragrance? It’s me

It’s time for a H&M Haul again… so I could not take my eyes of this beautiful tshirt. It basically says everything itself… New Fragrance? It’s me. It goes well with everything, and at £7.99 it’s one of my wardrobe staples. Here, I’ve teamed up with a checkered pattern skater skirt.

These designers are:

My favourite pieces are the Christian Louboutin Shopping Bag and the Marc Newson White Fleeces Pack…
